Week 2 - MKTG 6101 - Google Sites

Hello everyone!
This post will be covering the process of setting up a Site on the Google Sites platform. 

Google Sites is a free website builder from Google. You can create websites with other collaborators and it is compatible with other Google services such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides. 

To get started, go on Google Sites home page: sites.google.com

Sign up or sign in if you already have an account with Google.

Choose a blank template or one of the ones provided by Google.

In this example, we will select a template generated by Google. 

You are now ready to start editing the site! Yes, it is as easy as that!

You can use the tabs located at the far right of the screen to customize and insert pages, themes, content blocks, and other essentials!

Take the time to explore Google Sites and familiarize yourself with the program. Feel free to explore the sample construction Google Site I created here: https://sites.google.com/view/new-concept-co/home
