In Chapter 7 of Guerilla Marketing, we cover the secrets of saving marketing money. These include best practices to ensure that your business is saving the most it can when it comes to marketing. Below are five examples (as stated in Guerilla Marketing) to save marketing money.

Don’t feel that you must continually change your marketing campaigns
Barter - trade your way into getting your media ads for less
Gain access to cooperative advertising funds
Set up a PI (per inquiry) or PO (per order) arrangement with an advertising medium
Ask questions of your customers - through surveys, questionnaires, etc.
In addition to the “secrets” of saving marketing money, author Jay Levison also points out three ways to track your advertising to ensure that the marketing option(s) your business has chosen to pursue are successful.
